Venice is a small town of about 22,000 mostly retired folk that is situated along the Gulf Of Mexico eighty-five miles
South of Tampa, Florida.

Although Venice has its own public beach, the one at the property is much
nicer and virtually empty.

Although technically an Island by virtue of the ingenuity of the Corps Of Engineers, Venice does not have a barrier island
between the haves and the have nots. It is the barrier island...so once you're on it, your on the Gulf of Mexico.
