The property abuts the Gulf of Mexico with private beach access. It is situated in a residential neighborhood free of the clamor and clangor of high density tourist destinations. The City of Venice is a sleepy town of mostly retirees seeking a quiet existance with the advantage of a wonderful jetty to the North and a fishing pier to the South. You'll be walking distance between them. And while you're walking, along the shore perhaps, you'll probably pick up a couple sharks teeth and maybe see a dolphin or two.
